Legacy Secure Relationship Method (“LSRM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to handling your personal information responsibly, securely, and transparently.
 

This Privacy & Data Protection Statement explains how information is collected, used, stored, and protected when you complete the LSRM Attachment Pattern Assessment, schedule a Results Review, communicate with LSRM, or participate in LSRM coaching services.

Depending on how you interact with LSRM, we may collect:

• Your name 
• Email address and other contact information you voluntarily provide 
• Responses to the LSRM Attachment Pattern Assessment 
• Assessment scores and attachment-pattern results 
• Assessment completion dates and related activity 
• Information you voluntarily share during a Results Review or coaching relationship 
• Scheduling and appointment information 
• Coaching notes, observations, and follow-up information when applicable 
• Technical information reasonably necessary to operate our online systems 

We do not ask you to provide information that is unnecessary for the assessment or coaching process.

Your information may be used to:

• Administer and score the LSRM Attachment Pattern Assessment 
• Generate your assessment results 
• Allow LSRM to review your results before releasing your detailed Results Report 
• Prepare for and conduct your complimentary Results Review 
• Provide coaching services when requested 
• Communicate with you regarding your assessment, appointment, or coaching relationship 
• Maintain appropriate internal coaching and business records 
• Improve the effectiveness and quality of LSRM services 
• Protect the integrity, security, and proper operation of our systems 
• Meet applicable legal or regulatory obligations 

Your assessment responses are used for educational, self-reflection, and coaching purposes. They are not used to diagnose a mental health condition.

The LSRM Attachment Pattern Assessment may automatically calculate scores based on your responses.

Automated scores are not treated as a complete interpretation of you or your relationships.

A detailed client Results Report is subject to LSRM review before it is released. Assessment patterns are intended to provide areas for awareness and exploration rather than permanent labels or conclusions about an individual. 

LSRM uses trusted technology providers to operate the assessment and client-management process. These may include services such as:

• ScoreApp for assessment administration, scoring, and report generation 
• HubSpot for contact and assessment-result management 
• Microsoft services, including Outlook and Microsoft Bookings, for communication and scheduling 

These providers may process information on behalf of LSRM in order to provide their services.

LSRM remains responsible for deciding why and how client and assessment information is used within the LSRM coaching process. 

LSRM does not sell your personal information or assessment responses.

Assessment information will not be provided to unrelated third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

If LSRM offers optional marketing communications, receiving those communications will be handled separately from participation in the assessment whenever consent is required.

Assessment responses, detailed results, Coach Reports, coaching notes, and related client information are treated as confidential LSRM records.

Access is limited to Rick A. Dunn and any authorized individual who reasonably requires access to perform administrative or coaching responsibilities.

Confidentiality may be limited when disclosure is required by law, legal process, or another applicable legal obligation.

LSRM takes reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.

No internet-based system can guarantee absolute security. LSRM therefore works to limit the information collected and restrict access to information based on legitimate business and coaching needs.

Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• Provide the assessment and related services 
• Maintain legitimate coaching and business records 
• Complete follow-up requested by the participant 
• Meet applicable legal, accounting, or recordkeeping obligations 

Information that no longer needs to be retained will be deleted or securely disposed of when reasonably practical.

You may contact LSRM to request, where applicable:

• Access to personal information maintained about you 
• Correction of inaccurate information 
• Deletion of information that LSRM is not legally or legitimately required to retain 
• Information about how your personal data is being used 
• Withdrawal from optional marketing communications 

Certain information may need to be retained where required by law, necessary to document services previously provided, or otherwise permitted under applicable law.

Participation in the LSRM Attachment Pattern Assessment is voluntary.

You may choose not to complete the assessment or not to proceed with a Results Review or coaching relationship.

Legacy Secure Relationship Method provides coaching and educational services.

The LSRM Attachment Pattern Assessment is a coaching and self-reflection tool and is not a psychological diagnosis, mental health evaluation, medical assessment, or substitute for care from a licensed mental health or healthcare professional.

LSRM may update this Privacy & Data Protection Statement when its services, technology providers, or legal obligations change.
